Terms of Service

1. The Gist

We run PostGrate. We want you to use it to be productive. We aren’t going to sell your data to weird ad networks. In return, we ask that you don’t abuse the system, try to hack us, or use our platform for illegal stuff.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your email secure. We use passwordless authentication (one-time codes sent to your email), so protect your email account like you’d protect your money.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Pricing: We show our pricing clearly on the landing page.
  • Refunds: If you aren’t happy, email us within 7 days. We’ll usually refund you because we don’t want your money if you aren’t happy.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Happen immediately. Prorating is handled automatically by Stripe.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time inside the dashboard. Your access remains until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Things You Can’t Do

  • Don’t use PostGrate to break the law.
  • Don’t try to copy our code or reverse-engineer our specialized tech.
  • Don’t spam people.

If you do any of this, we will ban you immediately. No questions asked. No refund.

6. Liability (The Lawyer Talk)

PostGrate is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it up 99.9% of the time, but servers crash and bugs happen. We are not liable for any damages or lost profits if the service goes down.


Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

  • Identity: We use your email to create your account.
  • Billing: We use Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe handles that security.
  • Usage: We track how you use the app (analytics) to improve the product.

2. Who sees your data?

Only the core team. We do not sell your data. Ever.

We use third-party services to run our infrastructure:

  • Hosting/Database: Turso, Vercel
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Emails: Mailgun

3. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data in transit. Your data is stored in secure databases.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in. That’s pretty much it.

5. Delete your data

Want to leave? Email us and we will wipe your account and data from our servers.

6. Changes

If we change this policy significantly, we will email you.
